A peoples person, but also with a view on what is best for the company. I enjoy being the first point of contact on any HR related questions and try to seek solutions that benefit all. My passion derives from helping others and finding the right persons for the right jobs. I enjoy going out in the field to speak with my colleagues and learn firsthand what it is that they need.
