Developing outsourcing solutions for potential and existing customers of HP. Setting up and management of the operations of the Asia Pacific Multilingual Service Desk for various large Multi National customers. This involved the hiring of staff, setup of the infrastructure as well as the implementation of the processes and procedures around the Helpdesk operations. After the startup responsible for the day-to-day management of the Helpdesk, including service level management, escalation management.Results: Successful implementation of the helpdesk for this customer.

Managing a team of 13 people. Setting up and maintaining day-to-day processes and procedures for the Helpdesk (approx. 1300 end-users). Responsible for the selection and hiring of candidates on the helpdesk and deskside support. Implementation of a multilingual helpdesk with 400 end-users growing to 2000.
