My name is Richard Robledo. I am an US Army Captain Veteran and I deliver Systems Engineering (SE) excellence in specialties that include Requirements Engineering, requirement traceability to ensure compliance, Instructional Systems Design for Pilot & Maintenance crew platforms, documentation, Earned Value Management and Test. I enjoy the diversity of this field and its span across a project’s lifecycle. My professional experience has been with Commercial and Military Aircraft Systems with hardware & software design, risk management, integration, requirement management & analysis, requirement validation & verification, traceability and design review execution driving to the Functional Configuration Audit (FCA). Through my MS Degree in Systems Engineering I have a clear understanding in generating systems functional [performance] and non-functional [quality attribute] requirements; allocation of requirement to subsystems and knowing several development lifecycle models from concept to delivery.The Dynamic Object Oriented Requirement System (DOORS) application is closely associated with requirement management and traceability functions. As a “power user” and a Database Manager, I exercised a broad range of DOORS functions. I resolved many users’ application and network errors. I am well-versed in structuring the DOORS database and how to architect its installation into the network.
