Richard received his Executive MBA from Queens School of Business, Queens University and holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree with specialization in Management from the University of Guyana. He also has participated in Executive Development programs in leadership, marketing and policy studies at the Schulich School of Business, York University; the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario; and Queen’s University, School of Policy Studies.Prior to Whyte and Associates, Richard held a number C-Level Executive positions in both the private and public sectors in developing and developed economies. Positions ranging from Management Accountant, Group Internal Auditor, Marketing Director, Member of the Board of Directors, Managing Director, Director Finance and Business Development, Snr. Director Finance & Administration and Executive Director (Ag). Over the years Richard has been involved in varying degrees in the corporate renewal process across different business units and business functions.
