I've been very fortunate to work in series of fantastic social and ethical enterprises, over the last 20 years I've trained, managed and worked with some great teams tackling a wide range of social issues.From multi-million pound start-ups to tiny resource strapped charities, it's been great to finding solutions to problems with rural communities in Sub-Saharan Africa, offenders in UK prisons, ‘grand-design’ eco-focused architects, homeless charities, major funders, ex-gang members and now a myriad of grassroots start-ups around the UK.Founding the Enterprise CUBE has been an amazing way to share some the business tips, tricks and stories I've collected along the way. I come to work every day inspired by the amazing talent and determination of people who face more challenges than most, and yet are still daring to start, run and grow new businesses.
