Throughout my working career within Vodafone Hutchison Australia, I progressed throughout the ranks from a Casual Retail Sales Associate to Assistant Manager - Retail Sales. Whilst studying my degree at the University of Queensland I was employed as a Casual employee. Upon completion of my degree, VHA immediately offered me a Full Time position within their organisation due to my consistent and exceptional KPI results. Within 6 months of being a Full Time Retail Sales Associate, VHA again offered me a new exciting challenge of Assistant Manager - Retail Sales (July, 2013). This was due to continuing exceeding KPI targets but also constantly fostering a teamwork and development environment within any store that I was positioned.Throughout my employment within VHA, I gained an extensive list of skills and abilities which I still to this day apply in my professional career. Some of these key skills and abilities include being driven and motivated by a KPI target environment, highest level of focus on exceptional customer service, fostering and enriching a team environment focusing on professional development within the organisation, KPI achievement and successful team and store operation. On top of the previous mentioned skills and abilities, throughout my time I also developed a key skill of problem solving as every day I was faced with different and complex problems presented by customers that I needed to find solutions to that best served the customer and VHA organisation.
