Corporate Accounts Assistant
CurrentDuties & Responsibilities:• Act as the point of contact for internal and external corporate clients• Liaise with the Directors and Managers to handle requests and queries from clients• Create and update records and database with Directors, Sales Personnel, Sales and other data• Preparing prospectus, proposals, contracts and invoices• Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible• Sorting and answering the incoming emails from the clients• Provide all the documents required of all the corporate clients• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior Managers and Directors• Answering the phone to take messages or directing calls to appropriate colleagues• File documents • Assist colleagues whenever necessary• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all the queries of the clients met.• Perform receptionist duties when needed• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
