About Richard L.

The focus of my work is: "Making meaningful connections in the service of others." As a multi-passionate person, my focus of connection expresses itself in many evolving and interdisciplinary forms. It's sometimes hard to concisely answer the question of: "What do you do?" because there is no one job title that completely captures who I am. Having said that, my priorities in life are to:1) Cultivate a world without loneliness and social isolation2) Create great memories with great people3) Collaborate with purpose-driven individuals and organizations to advance social healthHere's how I can help you: o Keynote Speaker & Workshop Facilitator - I empower post-secondary students and workplaces with the social skills and confidence to make meaningful connections for the rest of their lives o Connection Consultant - I help post-secondary institutions create more connected & socially healthy campuses through advising on policies and implementing initiatives o Author - I am the co-author of "Become Your Superself: Connect With Yourself to Connect with Others" My motto in life is: "You never know how any connection can transform your life" so this is an open invitation for you to connect with me and see how we can work together. It's an excuse to connect! Please send me a DM and you never know where it could lead.
