As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, he directs the company’s business development, strategic planning and liquidity requirements for managing multiple, multi-million-dollar projects simultaneously. He brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate investment, construction, hospitality, development and strategic management.

Directed the delivery of real estate services and investments throughout Asia on behalf of multinational companies. This included strategic private equity investments to overseeing the development of over 1M square feet of built to suit facilities. Developed teams throughout China, Indonesia and Singapore.While in Asia, Richard expanded the delivery of services from a regional platform to a global operation. His responsibilities included all aspects of the real estate life cycle, from advisory services to opportunistic institutional direct investment.
