I played a key role in the pitch itself and oversaw the successful conclusion of the resulting POC period.- Leading the deployment of the [m]PLATFORM technology for PSA Automotive, one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers.- Redesigning the approach to [m]PLATFORM training across EMEA, developing and delivering a modular three day technical and strategic training programme. Hundreds of agency team members were trained using this programme with highly positive feedback.- Restructuring the GroupM UK Data and Technology division to bring together two previously separate teams and successfully instilling a culture of innovation and collaboration in the group, as well as a renewed commercial focus which resulted in revenue increases of over 100% from our data products.
