Mr. Murphy spent much of his career building competencies and capabilities for clients in private and public sectors, while delivering high impact initiatives for achieving superior performance results. He is a founder of two management consulting and training firms; ODI, ranked on Inc. 500's list of fastest growing companies for two years running, and QED Consulting. His clients span the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.Mr. Murphy's global work included acquisition and development of global partnerships, while transferring methodologies and practices to partners for localization. He lived in Singapore managing partnerships and working with clients throughout the Pacific Rim, while serving on the Board of ODI Europe. He is a founding member of ISA, an international learning association.
