I am a senior energy policy professional with internationally recognised expertise in heating technology and policy. I work at the University of Exeter and the Regulatory Assistance Project where I coordinate much of our heating work, am a non-executive director of the Scottish Government's heat in buildings programme board, and a fellow of the Energy Institute. I co-lead the Public Policies Working Group of the International Clean Heat Forum, part of United Nation Environment Programme's Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction. I have experience in utilities, academia, government and NGOs.
