Empowering my team to make real time decisions to find solutions to problems before and when the arise efficiently without any fuss.Managing the operation's schedule - organising the daily activity for up to 60 employees. Each marketing campaign can include telemarketing, social media, content marketing and lead generation and each client's needs and timescales vary. When structuring the schedule I'm responsible for calculating financial forecasts for future months'​ delivery.
