I am a Technical Writer that develops specification documentation, test procedures, detail design documents and systems specifications. I prepare these documents using various source materials, including interviewing subject matter experts, reading engineering drawings and military and commercial documentation. Over the years, I have been a supervisor (Group Leader) to as many as four other writers, and have also worked on my own, with little or no supervision. I'm experienced in Requirements Management using database tools such as DOORS. I've also been a Cost Account Manager, using EVMS methods for several projects, including planning, estimating, customer presentations through contract close-out. I also review nameplate drawings, generate and submit deviation requests and develop and submit request for AN Nomenclature. I've also become familiar with policy and procedures of supporting groups, such as Contract Administration and Configuration Data Management.
