I am a self-driven, servant leader. I possess a positive contagious attitude and apply myself to the fullest with everything I do. A team player, I work well in stressful situations. I’ve always had a go-getter no nonsense attitude and strive to give 100%. I stay positive to keep myself in a hard-working and results-driven mindset, which inspires others to follow suit. My experience with project management and leadership stems from my time as an Eagle Scout. I was responsible for the planning and construction of a free standing awning for a local animal shelter. By communicating with businesses and explaining the impact of my project. I was able to develop negotiation skills. I also developed skills in time management and effective communication by maintaining a healthy relationship with my peers and volunteers. By having mutual respect for one another, conversations and planning were effective, professional, and promoted team coordination. I am also a member of the Association of Latino Professionals For America. I joined because diversity and inclusion are important values that I believe in, and are values I believe a company should have. With ALPFA, I am developing networking and public speaking skills through various ALPFA activities, guest speakers, and building a relationship with my peers. With ample opportunity to give back to the community.
