Hospitality is my craft.With kindness I can still command respect and lead my team. I love what I do. Operations is my favorite part of the business, however, I am a creative at heart. I push the house with bundles and 3rd parties to risk overselling but never walking guests, I understand how far I can push. Guest come enraged but we always leave smiling sharing a laugh. There is always a solution to the problem and an a way to convey the resolve. When my line-level employees seek advice or have any issue, they know they can lean on me to challenge them with a question that'll lead them in the right direction. My department head colleagues see me as a democratic leader who also captivates attention through my personality and productive work style. As a trained chef I love to experiment with flavors, textures, colors, and sensory experiences with diversity. I love to serve people an experience that dazzles their emotions.
