Review of all divisional monthly and annual F/S and reviewing divisional president comments on business activity. Prepared consolidated group F/S for inclusion in parent companies F/S

Responsible for tracking all costs related to remanufaturing compressors. Journal entries recording standard costs, and analyzingng the difference between standard vs. actual. Maintain corporate scrap system, record scrap tickets and tracking actual price received for scrap vs. standard cost. Determine and update standard price for scrap.

Responsible for all Corporate Federal, State and local income and property tax returns. Responsible for the analysis and payment of all sales and use tax returns. Prepared all Form 5500s for the Company's pension plans
