• Leading the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system that allows for capturing and reporting program progress in achieving results. The M&E System provides USAID.
• Supporting EQUIP and its consortium partners to build long-term capacity in M&E to support improved program results.
• Collaborating with and supporting US-based technical Office of HIV and AIDS (OHA) staff as well as EQUIP-supported USAID Country Missions staff.
• Leading the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for the EQUIP programme, including capacity building of partner organizations in the areas of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (MER).
