Responsibilities include overarching sales revenue generation of Dynex building products, managingrelationships with key stakeholders and customers. Generating VOC feedback on potential newproducts and enhancements to the Palliside product range while managing a sales team of 4.Following on from a commercial team reshuffle, I was appointed to lead our effort to generate salesof our building products range. I was able to work with key stakeholders, my sales team anddecisionmakers and negotiate prefer stockist/supplier status and rapidly gain a foot hold for Dynexin a low-key but high-use building segment. Helped by some great products Dynex are now therecognised market leaders and enjoy continued growth YoY, to the level where together theseproducts now our strip our cladding and soffit sales.I have also played a role in the development and launch of a range of Palliside systemenhancements/improvements for our traditional weatherboard system, including pre-cut scribers,boxed corners and Window facings.
