Responsibilities for administering this program included regular reporting to the firm's CFO, working with the FP&A group on developing quarterly and annual budgets for fiscal years 2013 & 2014, and building the reporting necessary to develop the firm's first 5-year cash forecast.Led a cross-functional initiative to implement new transfer pricing policies that eliminated the risk of incurring tax penalties due to intercompany fund transfers. The project included representatives from the firm's Treasury, Tax, Domestic & International Accounting, AP, Payroll, and FP&A groups and eliminated more than $3 million in potential tax liabilities over a 6 month period. Using conservative estimates of $30,000 cost to complete the project and a 20% chance of experiencing a tax penalty, the project resulted in a >20X (2000%) ROI.Assumed responsibility for completing all treasury-related Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requests from the firm's auditors for FY12 & FY13.
