Trex is the national, leading outdoor living products company – composite decking, railing, and fencing (≈ $350 million in revenue)• Led business through an economic downturn and the emergence of several new category competitors – growing market share in a declining housing/re-modeling market (+2 points in 2007 to 35%).

Responsible for providing strategic leadership to the marketing & sales functions for the company’s $1 billion International business in Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Led all retail sales in the U.S. ($1.8 billion); U.S. Nutritional Policy & WIC business teams; and Puerto Rico commercial operations.

Managed and led all marketing efforts for the Enfamil® pediatric nutritionals business (over $900 million in revenue).
