Richard is a Principal of RM Diamond Group LLC, a sales, sourcing and product development consultancy based in Boca Raton, Florida. The company represents a number of marquis manufacturers and importers in addition to consulting in sourcing and logistics for companies including Parabel USA, Inc. He also is Vice President of Business Development for Laurie + Mary Jane, an innovative producer of marijuana edibles based in Portland, OR. In this role he is responsible for finding partners to expand the brand to states east of the Rockies. Richard was also a Founding Partner of Wingspan Brands LLC developing new tech intensive concepts in portable storage for business, sports and life in general.
