Richard established RUBICON Body Corporate Services in 2010 as a provider of boutique body corporate management services located at Tarragindi in Brisbane’s inner south. Between 2008 and 2010, Richard was the founding director and principal of another body corporate management company, prior to establishing RUBICON BCS. Richard holds legal qualifications and whilst in practice, specialised in commercial property law. Following this, Richard spent some 15 years in senior management and operational roles as a member of the Office of the Commissioner, Body Corporate and Community Management (BCCM), the body charged with the resolution of disputes in bodies corporate and the provision of body corporate information services, in Queensland. His experience in the BCCM office convinced him of the need for greater levels of professionalism and competency within what is a rapidly growing and important industry. Richard's goal is to provide a more accountable and professional body corporate management service based on the legal services and regulatory model with which he is familiar. Richard enjoys the challenges of creating and growing a successful business, as well as maintaining a level of service to clients which he believes sets RUBICON BCS apart from other providers in the industry.
