The Homelessness Inclusive Strategy was introduced for the 2021 Census to increase the enumeration of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This strategy was aimed at rough sleepers, couch surfers and overcrowded housing. The Bail Accommodation Support Program is a partnership between the Department for Correctional Services and AnglicareSA. The program is for homeless, alleged offenders in custody who lack a bail address.
