Prepare a project management training curriculum for a leader in the design and manufacture of precision custom connection and cable solutions.Provide training at introduction and more advanced level, both in face to face and online mode. The plan is to train approximately 100 people in the coming year.

Since the beginning of Marakoudja in 2009, I have been involved in multiple projects in many different environments. Some of them have been strategics and have last a few years, others are been shorter. In all of these projects, I bring my thirty five years of project management experience, being traditional, hybrid or agile projects.In parallel with project manager assignments, I continously provided training either in HEG or for private customers. The goal of this project was to develop and deploy an application to manage batch data in relation with the production of two products by a pharmaceutical company. I was hired first as the project manager for the development of the application by the IT team and then took over the validation process on customer side as well.The IT Development was done using the Agile Scrum Framework.

The realization of the project allowed the replacement of the current booking and management system whose design and architecture were then old and whose platform were increasingly expensive and difficult to maintain.The project consisted of 3 phases:- Critical short term enhancements to the Core Booking and Resource Planning tools,- Supplementary work streams to assess the longer-term Client, Workflow, and Commercial architecture requirements- Replacement of the booking system without any service interruptionThe last phase was done using an agile approach (Scrum) and took 18 months between the start of the development phase and the launch of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). An additional 18 months were needed to finalise the project and move to an evolution phase.

The purpose of this project was to review the vehicules fleet management and recommend a choice between buying or leasing them. Project consisted of first analysing the enterprise needs, using the value Engineering analysis approach, managing the supplier RFP process and summarise a recommendation for the management decision.
