Next to that grew from 40+ FTE to 90+ FTE.3T won two FD Gazellen awards in 2019 and 2020. In 2020 3T won a Bronze FD Gazellen award in the region East-NetherlandsOrganised a very successfull exit of the shareholders of 3T by the acquistion of 3T by Kendrion NV for 3.5 times the price for which we acquired 3T in 2014

Richard started as a software engineer working on developing DECT systems. In 1998, Richard moved over to the UMTS department, where he was technical coordinator, and later project manager, of developing a UMTS test mobile together with UbiNetics (Cambridge, UK, now merged with CSR). At the end of 1999, he was asked to strengthen Ericsson Mobile Platforms (Lund, Sweden), where Ericsson's first platform for UMTS handsets was developed. In 2002, Richard returned to Ericsson in Enschede where he joined as team leader of the phase 3 of UMTS baseband development for Radio base stations.
