Spending some of my time investigating the best way for A&D and Complex Mfg. enterprises to transition from ECC to S4 HANA ... working with Delaware who have double-digit HANA implementations under their belts and a team of world-class SAP A&D experts already on board! There's alot to gain from switching to S4 HANA - real-time business, add-on solutions (SAP is working hard to enable their clients to really benefit from their flurry of acquisitions over the last five years), not getting left behind etc. ... at the same time there are some (real) pitfalls to avoid.Watch this space, SAP users, for more insights down the road.

I thoroughly recommend force.com or QuickBase to smaller firms but larger firms who can't eat $30/user/month fees for a "low-code development platform" can come to us to custom build their apps in almost no time at less cost.

I was instrumental in much of HCL AXON's growth in North America. As one of the founders of Feanix (AXON's first US acquisition) I established a fantastic platform for growth, a fact evidenced by the sector I developed (Aerospace & Defense) is now in excess of $75M annual consulting service revenues.More recently I led HCL AXON's product innovations business group to drive software and services revenues and differentiate HCL AXON from other Systems Integrators through having top-notch products and IP. I was THE architect and product manager for iMRO, now in SAP's price-list and sold to tens of A&D/Complex Mfg. customers world-wide with over $7M in license revenues! To quote SAP’s industry vertical head, I helped HCL AXON to become “the poster child for partner co-innovation”.

Taking on roles from programmer to program director, I worked my way up Druid in the UK including building SAPs first industry add-on solution for aerospace & defense, and building up Druid and Synergy's North American business in a sales role

Part of the founding mgt team for this aerospace & defense specialty consulting group, I provided "big consultancy" delivery methodology, sales process and client references imported from Druid UK to this new partner in the US. I helped to build up a business with revenues around $25M which was subsequently acquired and then led a management buy-out of the same business when the 2002 recession kicked in
