Work is undertaken in both domestic and commercial properties.We will take care of all your general maintenance requirements from hanging pictures, assembling flat pack furniture, fixing door handles, fixing leaks, boiler repairs, new boiler installations, boiler servicing, gas safe inspections, minor electrical issues, electrical testing, full re-wires, tiling, decorating, roofing, window cleaning (including high rise), window repair and installation, external decoration, fencing, gardening and just about anything else you might need attending to! Maintenance work is subject to either a fixed hourly rate or fixed price - depending on the nature of the work.When it comes to property refurbishment project sizes vary from complete strip out and refurbishments through to kitchen installations, bathrooms installations and decoration only.
