Rick Montanye provides audit, tax and advisory services to the real estate industry.After acquiring his MBA he worked in the Asset Management division of the Financial Services Office of Ernst & Young, focusing on private equity assurance services.A Mechanical Engineer by trade, Ricky has five years of experience in engineering and construction throughout the New York City area. He has worked on a variety of projects in different landscapes including Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts, emergency response services involving complex mechanical and electrical systems, and long-term major capital construction contracts. His experience as a Pyrotechnician has led him to a number of countries to plan and execute world class aerial and close proximity pyrotechnic displays.Mr. Montanye received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
