Reorganise the discount brokerage subsidiary of the National Bank of Canada. As a member of the management committee, participate in strategic decisions related to the mutual funds division.

Elaborate a strategic plan and advise the Regional Stock Exchange of West Africa on issues related to market development, operations, regulation and risk management. Ensure the transfer of Canadian expertise in the development and management of capital markets in the region. Co-ordinate the activities of other experts involved in the project.

Bring the Mauritian capital market up to international standards by modernising the infrastructure for clearing and settlement, improving regulation and strengthening disclosure requirements.
