If we can lower work place stress we save vast amounts of money, boost productivity and have happier lives. I have a qualification in Stress Management and get regular updates from ISMA, thus I keep our content relevant. Stress is driven by thinking. It starts in the mind and as a Buddhist I can approach the subject form various angles which clients find helpful. Mindfulness is a topic we often discuss.
