Garden World Operations, Customer Service and the Simplification project.

Responsible for 4 regions in the South which included 85 stores and delivered an annual turnover of £250m.

Central England

Responsibility for more than 70 stores with an annual turnover exceeding £250m.

South Wales

Responsibility for £500m turnover and over 3500 colleagues. Delivered company leading KPI performances across a balanced scorecard.

Central England

Coached, supported and led a team of 4 Area Managers in the Central Division. Responsibility for more than 60 sites with an annual turnover of circa £200m.

Midlands

Coached, supported and led a team of 6 District Managers through the establishment phase of Lidl Stores within the UK market. Grew the portfolio of stores to circa 150 in 2 years through intense recruitment and development of the field and store based teams. Developed and embedded the store operational best practices to support the rapid growth and led the successful integration of a number of Budgen stores into the network.

North West

After successful period spent in Germany, returned to the UK and led the growth of Aldi in the North West region. Opened 12 new stores in 18 months.
