This includes issues related to Antitrust, Human Resources, Contracts, Insurance, Corporate Governance, Litigation Management, Environmental, Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance & Loans, Real Estate & Leasing, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Regulatory Compliance. I have both international and private equity experience. Given my leadership style, business acumen and track record for getting things done, my role at U.S. Zinc was expanded to include the CAO function. My experiences in leading Human Resources, Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Sustainability departments enhanced my managerial skills.
