The project is focused on helping people with multiple barriers who had been unemployed or economically inactive to find employment, education or training.We additionally arranged, prepared and ran a hugely successful series of Behind the Scenes Events for our Partner network. These events helped build confidence, widen participation and improve outcomes. These events offered a unique access to a business, its recruiting process and a chance to meet with employees. My core focus was to deliver a programme that trained and prepared participants to access a wide range of work placement opportunities achieving an in to work success rate of 50% against a targeted expectation of 20%.I also engaged with business to help promote our campaigns such as Ban the Box and participate in Capacity Building Events to train and up skill our partners in delivery.
