Overall in-charge of the SMSF audit operations of AAA Auditors and DBA Advisory to ensure that the audit service is delivered efficiently, timely, and of high standard of quality and helps in maintaining a culture of transparency, positivity, and teamwork across the division.Oversee workflows across all staff in the SMSF Division. Second reviewer for all retail audit jobs. Approx 1,000+ audit jobs per year. Monitor time spent by auditors on jobs and recommend opportunities for improvement. Maintenance of Cloudoffis and Caseware software subscriptions. Review processes and procedures within the SMSF audit division and recommend process improvements and/or policy changes. Training on processes and procedures in the Audit & Assurance Team with the view of transitioning as an admin manager and client relationship officer. Assist the Head of Audit maintain the audit risk register. Supervision/training/development of Audit Team Leaders. Maintain/encourage the culture of teamwork and transparency across the audit division. Act as client service officer for SMSF Audit clients for AAA Auditors, DBA Advisory, and future business acquisitions. Assist in other tasks as required by the Head of SMSF Operations. Contribute to training and development of existing audit staff. Able to travel to Australia when necessary.

• Manage, plan, scope and deliver a wide spectrum audit engagement across a broad range of outsourcing clients referred by AAA Auditors to DBA Global Shared Services Inc.;• Assist management in setting up new client and execute project scoping project;• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management with all applicable directives and regulations• Participate in audit process walkthroughs from time to time and provide recommendations in collaboration with the managers regarding audit process enhancements and implement when approved;• Act as a subject matter expert for all audit clients and ensure that all possible issues are provided and coordinated with the clients;• Regular reporting to Associate Manager and DBA management regarding key financial and non-financial performance of SMSF audit division;• Ensure management of tasks and proper allocation of projects to all employees.• Review the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes applied in the conduct of SMSF audits or other audit related audit projects.• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies and procedures.• Management of SMSF audit team and regularly direct the work of staffs to ensure achievement of deadline set by the management.• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, leadership trainings and seminars;• Completion of audit package including preparation of Contravention Report lodge to ATO through eSAT;• Review junior and senior auditors’ audit work to ensure that it was performed in compliance with the audit program and audit quality standards based on the prescribed methodology by the company and provide timely feedback regarding individual performance

• Conduct the end to end process of audit for Trust and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund’s financial statements, income tax returns and other relevant compliance reports required under the Australian Income Tax Laws, Australian SIS Legislation and Australian Corporations Law based on a time frame set by the Division Manager or her assigns;o Ensure all relevant and permanent documents provided by the clients are on file; o Preparation of workpaper per fund assigned by the senior auditor;o Audit of financial statements, other financial records and 3rd party documents to ensure that financial transactions are accurate and recorded and Australian SIS Regulations and Legislations are complied with;o Completion of Financial and Compliance Checklist o Assist the senior auditor in completing the audit package including preparation of Contravention Report lodge to ATO through eSAT;• Working with senior auditor to plan and organise the steps to conduct the audit;• Escalate any findings noted during the course of audit to Team Leader and/or managers;• Maintain electronic copy filing system in the Audit Process;• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying on behalf of the manager;• General office administration affecting client’s deliverables;• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangement for managers;• Other adhoc assignments as deemed necessary (based on appointments)• Conduct other tasks assigned by the Senior Associate/Manager in order to accomplish the above responsibilities.

1. Resetting of Computer System to Close Revenue for the day.2. Reconciling of revenue between Opera and Fidelio System.3. Daily posting of Receipts.4. Checking of official receipts from the front office.5. Posting of Credit Cards.6. Reconciling of received credit Cards from the Fidelio System.7. Submit daily audit reports for Hotel and restaurant revenues.8. Reports any discrepancy during the course of audit and communicate such to concerned personnel through the Head of accounting department.9. Participate in annual inventory of property accountant.
