Hey there! First off, thanks for taking a look... I've been fortunate to become a successful Information Technology leader with over 22 years experience in all aspects of information technology, project management, and team leadership on a global scale. My focus has always been on maintaining strong cutting edge technology and IT systems knowledge with a passion to provide technical solution analysis, comprehensive design recommendations, and implementation of quality solutions. Starting my career as a Java developer, I moved into large scale vendor software. Much of my career includes broad ERP and large package experience in addition to a background in custom, competitive advantage IT development. I leverage effective communication and leadership skills while managing large-scale, global technical teams. I always focus on driving team cohesion, developing a sound technical strategy, and finally executing the project effectively to see it become a reality. One of my favorite aspects of all my roles is my desire and ability to create and maintain long-lasting and close relationships with partners, developers, and IT professionals from diverse business groups. These close relationships have allowed me to ensure projects are completed on time and are in line with standards, policies, and procedures.
