- Scheduling, coaching, and managing in the vicinity of 55 to 75 Officers throughout their training process- Working with 10,000 hour per week clientele on a daily basis to establish a satisfied partnership- Thorough communications with state and government agencies to facilitate Washington Guard cards with Department of Labor, Secret Clearances with Department of Defense, Washington State required firearm documentation with Criminal Justice Training Center.- Accountability for all company owned firearms in the state of Washington (300+)- Maintenance and tracking of financial and inventory auditing.

-Maintains the Master Schedule for all accounts in assigned branch.-Coordinates with Operations Manager(s) to update the Master Schedules based on new hires, terminations and transfers, and ensure the company’s “scheduling philosophy” is properly maintained and consistently applied.-Creates weekly Open Post List based on openings in the Master Schedule and/or personnel upgrades identified on an as needed basis.-Works closely with Regional Recruiter to evaluate open post needs and ensure recruiting activities support branch hiring needs-Coordinates with the Regional Recruiter to oversee the branch’s applicant flow to include: contacting all applicants, tracking follow up calls, scheduling interviews at branch for qualified candidates, conducting interviews, arranging for second interviews with clients/Account Managers as required by specific sites, and ensuring all processes for tracking and follow up with applicants is followed. -Schedules new hires for orientation in coordination with the Human Resource staff, establishing training schedules, and tracking the applicant through the entire “hiring life cycle” through post assignment.-Participates with the Regional Recruiter and/or Regional Recruiting Manager/Director and Corporate Human Resources on an as-needed basis in the development of recruiting strategies and projected annual hiring plans.

• Coordinated all missile defense early warning and joint data link operations in the Pacific Theater of Operations; responsible for $6M+ worth of joint data link command and control equipment which resulted in a 70% improvement equipment maintenance rating• Developed and implemented a new Communications Security Program for Army Air Missile Defense (AMD) and Air Force Air Support Operations Squadrons (ASOS) which tested and strategically placed AMD equipment to support real-world missions in the Pacific; resulted in an OUTSTANDING grade during recent inspection and noted as “phenomenal team achievement”• Supervised and managed the operations department; planned, coordinated, resourced trainings and land operations, and professional development for 46+ personnel while ensuring 100% accountability of equipment valued at $100K+• Created a training program for 1,100+ military personnel to ensure employees were trained, fit, and mission capable; the training produced the 8th Army Soldier of the Year and the United States Army runner up.

• Led efforts to design and establish two new foreign national Civil Order Police units of 2,300+ personnel and 1,400 pieces of equipment costing over $15M resulting in being promoted over his more senior peers • Implemented more effective way to provide maintenance for six vehicles, three trailers, and two generators valued at $6M+; ensuring platoon’s vehicles were 100% mission capable• Re-established property accountability of over $200M employing a unit of 13,600+ personnel by utilizing operational equipment through travel with NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) across the country; resulting in increased military presence and on-hand equipment increasing from 65% to 95% • Represented chief operational executives in all planning and execution; to include priorities for allocation, assessments, and creation of authorization documents for a foreign national defense program valued at $624M

• Maintained 100% accountability of equipment and operations on the Patriot missile radar-controlled weapon system valued at $2M+ while able to conserve supplies and complete the mission with OUTSTANDING results and a 94% readiness rate• Developed, implemented, and instructed 5+ leadership and tactical courses for 500+ military personnel; resulting in a 95% students passing first time; selected as “Instructor of the Cycle” multiple times• Trained and mentored 450+ military personnel in drills, operations, equipment use, and “live” training exercises resulting in ZERO accidents during 800 hours of training, 96% academic average, and received OUTSTANDING evaluation due to exceptional knowledge and instructional skills
