Assisting in the process of unblocking access to the legal entity administration system, including the process of dissolving a corporation, and corresponding with Hogan Lovells (an American-British law firm) as an attorney for foreign shareholders.

• Handling the registration process and renewal of 45 IAPI’s trademark classes;• Manage clients' trademark portfolios, including advising the status of the Trademarks managed, and coordinating the distribution of registration certificates and other notifications;• Liaise with the DGIP on all Trademark matters when required;• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trademark records in the firm's database.
