Richard Obire, a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, is a natural philosopher, business coach, author, entrepreneur, teacher, investor, banker, chartered accountant, management consultant and business leader. He began his business career at the global firm of Ernst & Young in the mid eighties.For over 30 years, he has been helping business owners and managers to combine business principles and natural laws to transform their careers and lives in significantly meaningful ways. His business and entrepreneurial career spans several sectors including Agribusiness, Consulting, Banking, Fintech, e-Commerce,Logistics and Real Estate.Mr Obire is the founder of IRIS Consulting, a strategy, recruiting and business performance management firm; Richard Obire & Associates, a business coaching practice and the non-profit, African Institute of Business Simulations. He is a director and former Board Chair of Parkway Projects, an African fintech services provider. He is also on the Board of Beloxxi and amongst other corporate involvements.He has consulted for many small and large corporations including several multinationals. He is especially passionate about working with small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to help them leverage social capital and new technologies to create sustainable wealth for themselves and others.He has received several awards and commendations including the Rotary Award for Management Excellence.Richard is a firm believer in building sustainable institutions which serve the best interests of the majority of humankind.
