As a Technical Project Coordinator for this hybrid project, I led a team of underwriters together with the software development team in defining the requirements and procuring a cloud-based Management Information System (MIS) software called SIBA Broker. This included defining technical underwriting needs for developing the software, a novel project that has become an industry-first.Also, I led the operations team as end users, through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase which gave a lot of feedback to the development team for further improvement.
