Provided Emergency Management advice to Dioceses and churches nationally, and oversight of the recovery operations of New Orleans and Mississippi for the Episcopal Church.• Represented National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters to the National Incident Management System Working Group – Comment Adjudication Meeting. Also represented National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters to the National Response Plan/National Incident Management System Training and Implementation Working Group, and served as Chair of the National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster Public Policy Committee.

Assisted in the development of the COOP Working Group for the New York Federal Executive Board.
