Built a full network from the ground up two times, because there was not one at first and then we moving to a new building. Monitored over 616 Services, 16 WAN VPN connections to customer's sites for support. Out that 16 connection their was around 5000 NAT'd IP Addresses. Managed all the core firewalls, switches, and core system functions.

■ Web Administration: Microsoft NT 4.0 workstation and Server, Microsoft IIS 4.0, Site Server 3.0, Site Server Commerce, Microsoft SQL 6.5, IBM MQ, Check Point Firewall One.■ Moved programs from QA systems to production.■ Maintained Intranet and Internet Web sites and Membership data.■ Created a custom program to monitor the routers on WAN with ISDN backup worldwide, which notified administrators of any issues via pagers and email.■ As part of the Network Administration Team, we were responsible for all the companies Servers globally (OS:Windows NT 4.0 Servers, Novell, AS/400, and Unix.) Server Applications: Lotus Notes, Microsoft Terminal Server, NetIQ, Site Server, site Server Commerce, Microsoft SQL 6.5/7.0, and numerous in-house custom applications.■ Project leader and trainer for the AppManager NetIQ on all Microsoft Server and services for Network Administration. Set-up and tested Microsoft Windows 2000 products including trouble shooting design issues, servers and hardware. Researched new products to help manage the network and services.■ Data Analysis Specialist, Repair and Returns Group: Managed and maintained Custom Software (RMS): Wrote Custom Code with Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, and SWL Server for Testing and Refurbish on large bulk refurbish orders; maintained the network racks and local computers for Repair, Refurbish, and Returns groups.■ Manager Cellular Repair Center Group: Managed and maintained parts, test equipment, and computer systems; assisted IT Department in maintaining the Novell Network. Wrote custom Alpha Four Program to track parts and repair units; Certified by manufacturers for board level repair; Customer services for all clients, wholesale and retail.
