Provided sell-side advisory services in connection with the 363 bankruptcy sale of the 40-location chain of convenience stores and fuel transport business located in the upper midwest. * Financial advisor to the Unsecured Creditors Committee of Blue Sun Energy, Inc., a producer of bio-diesel fuel based in Kansas City, MO. * Financial Advisor to the bond indenture trustee of Travelport, LLC. Provided valuation, solvency and transaction structuring advice in connection with a $3.5 billion debt restructuring. * Provided sell-side advisory and a fairness opinion in connection with the sale of Westinghouse Digital Electronics* Financial advisor to one of the largest unsecured creditors of Kodak, Inc. Performed valuation and transaction advisory services in connection with the Chapter 11 reorganization.* Completed a $25 million PIPE financing in connection with the financial restructuring of Metro One Telecom.* Performed valuation and solvency analysis in connection with a bad faith motion filed by the secured indentured trustee of Mirant Mid-Atlantic Corporation.* Provided valuation analysis and expert witness testimony, in connection with Prandium, Inc’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy, that led to the Company’s successful reorganization and plan confirmation.* Performed valuation and solvency analyses in connection with the first Chapter 11 restructuring of Houlihan's Restaurants.* Financial advisor to the Unsecured Creditors Committee of Edwards Theatre Circuit Inc.* Financial advisor and investment banker for the Hillsboro Community Hospital. Successfully completed the Ch. 11 363 sale to an operator of critical access hospitals throughout the midwest.* Investment banker for Moon Ridge Foods, LLC.
