After playing an integral part in the design and delivery of the Cbus member portal, app and online join form while with Deloitte Digital, I moved across to Cbus and became the Product Owner for digital channels. Over the last four years in this role, I have been the main SME on the capability of Cbus digital products, managed the digital road map, and worked closely with the business, architecture, experience design team and delivery squad to shape and prioritise the delivery of features that optimise value for members, increase self-serve capabilities and reduce cost to serve across other channels.

Eight years at Deloitte Digital, I started as a UX Lead, Design Lead and Project Manager and later moved into Product Delivery working on large-scale digital transformation projects, leading cross-functional teams (on shore and off shore) and working closely with the cilent-side Product Owner to deliver production ready software.
