Led the team managing all aspects of the historic properties from leasing, health & safety, building operations, maintenance and museum event operations. These projects included a museum lobby renovation, 18,000 sq feet of cedar roof replacements, original wide plank flooring restoration in circa 1760 buildings and 8 HVAC system replacements. Key relationship owner with 11 commercial business tenants and 3 residential tenants utilizing our historic properties in the special "adaptive use " designation in Wilton. Rent received supports the continued preservation of the Society's properties.
