With over 25 years’ experience across the energy and chemicals sectors globally, and a longstanding advocate of energy transition, I am proud to be the global sustainability leader at Kearney and to help clients navigate the biggest challenge of our time, which is also the biggest opportunity.We all must find a way to do business in a way that protects our planet and its people. This requires tough decisions and for many businesses, it requires new business models. The journey is different for every sector, but the destination is the same, and I am passionate about helping our clients make their sustainability ambitions a reality. I successfully lead high-profile initiatives for leading companies, in particular driving high impact global transformation, large-scale merger, and distinctive strategy. I led Kearney’s global Energy practice for 6 years, with a focus on helping clients address the Energy Transition. During this time, I established the Energy Transition Institute in the firm and created a technology start-up (EV8) to accelerate adoption of EVs. I served as a global board member at Kearney for 6 years on all committees, today I am the M&A Chair on our global leadership team.
