Led or served as contributor on numerous initiatives to improve key support metrics for North American support organization. Consistently achieved top ratings on key performance metrics including support cost, associate turnover, resolution speed, and customer satisfaction.  Opened new Charlotte, NC call center after acquisition of Exult in 2004. As overall IT Program Manager, partnered with construction firm, business managers, and IT project managers to bring a state of the art 1500 seat facility online in an unprecedented nine months. Deliverables included decommissioning of an existing call center as well as relocation of staff to the new facility. IT Project Manager for the integration of NTRC (Northern Trust Retirement Center), after its acquisition by Hewitt in 2002. Migrated 600 associates from NTRC systems environment to standard Hewitt environment. Project scope included data conversion, Notes database migration, end-user communications, documentation, support team integration. Mentored and developed Latin American regional IT associates in Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico.

The application allowed the sales force to quickly size the application for client quotations.Designed and implemented a PC based sales configuration and proposal system for sales force. Application was credited as a critical component in achieving yearly sales goals.
