Chair the National Professional Education Management Committee, which is responsible for all strategy, standards and risk assessment for the entire CPA Certification Program, including the integration of technology-related competencies.Established a Business Intelligence area, which resulted in data-driven insights to inform policy development and student experience, ultimately balancing higher yield conversions with our regulatory requirement to protect the public interest.Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, including the development and deployment of a UI/UX- centered fully integrated Salesforce platform for the student lifecycle, including business process improvements; oversaw the development of a national online competency reporting tool in MS Dynamics for more than 90,000 stakeholders.As an Executive Team member, actively manage enterprise risk and champion a significant company-wide change management initiative. Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors and sub-committees.Oversee the CPA Ontario Foundation.

Lead the development of the CPA profession’s articling model within a matrix environment of over 40 different regulators, cross-section of employers, fairness commissioners and other professional bodies.Developed and launched one of the largest Canadian mentorship programs, with recruitment of over 5,000 mentors in less than six months. Supported members through creation of a virtual Centre for Mentoring Resources.Oversaw all national aspects of change management pertaining to the program, resulting from unifying three professional accounting bodies into one.Partnered with key Ontario employers to oversee the development and implementation of customized competency-based training programs for aspiring CPAs.Chair the Young CPA Advisory Committee; initiated an annual leadership conference for members.
