About Richard Plumpton

Owner of 2iis Consulting, an independent consultancy that helps organisations and individuals striving to change our world for the better. I have close to 30 years experience of finding effective ways to make sustained change happen. In that time I've worked directly in the corporate & not-for-profit sectors and been involved in projects and partnerships that have stretched deep into the public sector. This diverse experience has given me a strong understanding of how transformative change happens – and how a country, organisation or individual can make that change happen faster.
