Seeing that project through construction administration, Richard worked on the design development of major projects including Planet Hollywood, the Hard Rock Las Vegas Expansion, Mondrian Delano at Echelon, and several projects that were in process. Richard then moved on to become Project Architect of the Indiana Live! project adjacent to the Indiana Downs. He also assisted in schematic designs for the Seminole tribe in Florida. Projects ranged from $150 million and up. At Klai Juba, Richard learned a lot from a great group of experts who know the hospitality and casino industry. Building from these experiences, Richard began to offer services from his own practice. -
